专利说明:

second material is softer than the first material and allows a screw to be screwed into the element.
The first material is preferably a hard material, such as concrete, which is inexpensive, durable and weather resistant. The elongate element is made of a softer material which is suitable for screwing in, such as wood, hard rubber, plastic, or a plastic composite. The invention makes it possible to manufacture the post in a cheap, durable and weather-resistant material, and at the same time enable attachment of different types of fastening devices to the post by screwing the fastening devices directly into the element in the post. Due to the fact that the element is partially embedded in the second material, the element is protected from being destroyed in bad weather, and animals are prevented from gnawing on the element.
Preferably, the element is molded into the first material. Such a post is simple and cheap to manufacture.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the element is elongate and arranged so that it extends parallel to the longitudinal axis of the post. Advantageously, the length of the element is at least 0.2 m, preferably at least 0.5 m, and most preferably at least 0.8 m. Thanks to the fact that the fastening element extends along a part of the side surface of the post, it is possible to optionally choose where on the post the fastening devices are to be attached and how many fastening devices are to be set up.
This embodiment of the invention enables a number of fastening devices to be screwed into the element at different distances from the end of the post.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the element extends along the main part of the length of the post. This embodiment gives a great freedom of choice in where the fastening devices can be fixed along the side surface of the post.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the surface of the element facing the surroundings is smooth. A smooth surface facilitates an optional placement of the fastening devices.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the element comprises an outer part which faces outwards towards the surroundings and comprises said surface, and an inner projecting part which is embedded in the first material for retaining the element in the post. Thanks to the inner projecting part which is embedded in the harder and more strong first material, the element is kept in place in the post even if the fastening devices and thus the element are subjected to stresses, for example, in the form of tensile forces.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the inner projecting part has a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the post which is tapered in the direction of the surface facing outwards towards the surroundings. The tapered shape of the projecting part means that the element is held in place in the post even if the fastening devices and thus the element are subjected to stresses. The invention also relates to the use of a post according to the invention for setting up a fence. Use of the invention means that a plurality of fastening devices for the fence are screwed into the element at different distances from the end of the post. Brief Description of the Drawings The invention will now be explained in more detail by describing various embodiments of the invention and with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 2 shows the post in figure 1 in a section A-A along the post.
Figure 3 shows the post in figure 1 in a section B-B across the post.
Figure 4 shows a cross section through a post according to a second embodiment of the invention.

Figure 7 shows an example of the use of the post in Figure 1.
Detailed Description of Preferred Embodiments of the Invention Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a post 1 according to a first embodiment of the invention.
Figure 2 shows the post 1 in a section A-A along the post and figure 3 shows the post 1 in a section B- B across the post. In this embodiment, the post has a rectangular shape. In alternative embodiments of the post, it may have other shapes, such as a circular or triangular cross-section.
The post 1 is made of a first material 2 which is hard and contains an elongate element 3 made of second material which is softer than the first material and allows a screw to be screwed into the element. In this example, the second material 2 is concrete and the element 3 is partially cast into the concrete. The concrete can be reinforced, for example, fiber-reinforced concrete or XL concrete. The other material is, for example, pressure-impregnated wood, hard rubber, plastic, plastic composite or wood and plastic composite. The element 3 is elongated and arranged so that it extends parallel to the longitudinal axis of the post. In the first embodiment of the invention shown in Figure 1, the element extends along the main part of the length of the post. The element 3 has a length which is preferably at least 0.5 m, and most preferably at least 0.8 m. Element 3 ends at a distance from both ends of the post.
The first material encloses all sides of the element except one long side 6. The element 3 extends from the long side 6 inwards towards the center line of the post, but ends at a distance from the center line. To get a good strength, the post should contain as much concrete as possible.
The element 3 is partially embedded in the first material 2. All the sides of the element except a long side 6 are embedded in the first material. The element 3 is arranged so that long side 6 faces the surroundings. The long side 6 has a surface which forms part of one side surface of the post, and thus enables fastening of one or more fastening devices to the post, for example by means of screws, in one side surface of the post. The surface of the long side 6 is preferably smooth and arranged flush with the surface of the first material so that the post has a smooth side surface. The element 3 consists of an elongate body which extends along the longitudinal axis of the post.
The body has an outer part 8 which comprises the long side 6 which faces outwards towards the surroundings and an inner projecting part 9 which is embedded in the first material 2 to hold the element in the post. The inner part 9 projects from the body in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the post so that it penetrates into the first material in order thus to prevent the element from being removed from the second material and thus from the post. The inner projecting part 9 is designed so that in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the post it tapers in the direction of the long side 6. In this embodiment the outer part 8 is tapered in the direction of the inner part so that the body has a waist.
Figure 4 shows a cross section through a post 10 according to a second embodiment of the invention which has a triangular cross section. The element 3 is of the same type as in the first embodiment. An advantage of a post according to this embodiment is that it weighs a little.
Figure 5 shows a cross section through a post 12 according to a third embodiment of the invention.
In this embodiment, the post comprises an element 13 with a different shape is that shown in Figures 3 and 4. Element 13 has one has an inner part and an outer part which are both tapered towards the surface of the long side 6 so as to hold the element in the post. In this example, the post has a circular cross section. The element 13 can also be used in combination with other shapes on the post.
Figure 6 shows a perspective view of a post 14 according to a fourth embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, the post comprises a plurality of elongate elements 15 of the second material arranged one above the other along the longitudinal axis of the post. The elements 15 preferably have a length of at least 0.2 m.
Figure 7 shows an example of using the post 1 to set up a fence. On each of the posts, a number of fastening devices 20 for holding ropes have been screwed into the elements 3 at different heights from the ends of the post. Between the fastening elements, ropes 22 have been tensioned.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown, but may be varied and modified within the scope of the appended claims. For example, the post may comprise several elements 3 arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the post and with its long sides facing out to different sides of the post so that it is possible to fasten fastening devices on several sides of the post. The fasteners can be fastened in other ways than with screws. It is also possible to nail or rivet them to the element.
